The Imaging Core Laboratory at the DCRI provides imaging core lab assessment of cardiac safety and efficacy for molecules, drugs, and devices in all phases of the clinical trial process. Our centralized, Part-11-compliant imaging core lab facilitates the acquisition and analysis of imaging data for
- use as a primary or secondary trial endpoint
- testing surveillance strategies to guide and monitor therapy
- testing diagnostic strategies to understand disease and drug mechanisms
The resulting imaging data can be used to perform imaging technology evaluations, address policy development, and provide imaging education. Our core lab imaging services include:
- Echocardiography
- Atherosclerotic Imaging-Carotid Intima-Media Thickness (IMT)
- Cardiac Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI)
- Cardiac Nuclear Imaging
- Cardiac Computed Tomography (CT) Imaging
- Quantitative Coronary Angiography (QCA) Imaging
