ASCPT highlights research by the DCRI’s Kevin Watt

February 27, 2015 – The American Society for Clinical Pharmacology and Therapeutics selected Watt as one of its 2015 Presidential Trainee Award recipients.

Each year, the American Society for Clinical Pharmacology and Therapeutics (ASCPT) recognizes outstanding research presented in abstract format by its trainee attendees at its annual meeting, as determined by the highest scoring abstracts by the Scientific Program Committee. This year, ASCPT presents videos of the 2015 Presidential Trainee Award recipients highlighting their own exceptional research.

One of this year’s award recipients is the DCRI’s Kevin Watt, MD, who discusses his research on antifungal extraction by the extracorporeal membrane oxygenation (ECMO) circuit ex vivo in the video below.
