EDC Support

Electronic Data Capture (EDC) Support Services

Request for support (via email or phone) for all EDC services is managed by the centralized DCRI Service Desk. Typical EDC/InForm eCRF support requests include:

  • Password resets and individual access issues
  • System availability queries
  • Web browser questions
  • General system navigation issues

Project- or study-specific inquiries are immediately escalated to the EDC Support Services team (the Duke Research Service Desk) for further investigation and resolution.
