• Take Interstate 40 East to Interstate 85 North. Merge onto Durham Expressway/NC 147 South (exit 172) toward Durham, Downtown, Research Triangle Park.
• Take exit 13 for Chapel Hill Street.
• Turn left onto W Chapel Hill Street.
• Turn left onto Foster Street.
• Take the first left onto W Morgan Street. The entrance to the parking garage for the Durham Centre will be on the right.

• Take Interstate 95 South to Interstate 85 South (exit 51).Take exit 177 for N Carolina 55/Avondale Dr toward US-15 BUS/U.S. 501 Business/Roxboro St/Downtown.
• Continue straight.
• Turn left onto N Roxboro Street.
• Slight left onto N Mangum Street.
• After approximately one mile, turn right onto W Morgan Street.
• Take the third right onto W Morgan Street. The entrance to the parking garage for the Durham Centre is past Foster Street on the right.

• Take Interstate 95 North to Interstate 40 West (exit 81).
• Take Interstate 40 West to Durham Expressway/NC 147 (exit 279B).
• Exit onto S Duke Street.
• Turn right onto W Chapel Hill Street.
• Turn left onto Foster Street.
• Take the first left onto W Morgan Street. The entrance to the parking garage for the Durham Centre will be on the right.

Directions from the Durham Centre parking garage to the DCRI reception area (8th floor):

• Take the parking garage elevator to level "P" (Plaza).
• Turn left after stepping out of the elevator and enter the Durham Centre lobby via the double doors.
• Sign in at the Durham Centre security desk. Take the lobby elevator to the 8th floor.
• Wait for the receptionist to unlock the glass doors in the elevator lobby, and then sign in at the 8th-floor reception desk.
