Inspiring the Next Generation of Clinical Researchers
The Duke Clinical Research Institute (DCRI) has been a global leader in clinical research education and training since 1996. We develop the next generation of clinical researchers across multiple therapeutic areas, including postdoctoral fellows, medical students, and emerging researchers.
What sets the DCRI apart is our unique integration of clinical expertise with quantitative methodologies. Trainees gain hands-on experience conducting Phase I-IV clinical trials, managing real-world data, and working alongside leading physicians and biostatisticians. From our fellowship programs to the summer STAR Program for high school and college students, we offer world-class clinical research training combining rigorous academic coursework and practical experience in multi-center international studies.
