Donna Parker serves as Director of i-Cubed, the Duke Clinical Research Institute's (DCRI) innovation center dedicated to transforming how clinical research is designed, conducted, and translated into impact. She leads the development of strategies, partnerships, and ventures that accelerate innovation across the clinical research ecosystem, helping move promising ideas from concept to scalable solutions. Working alongside the i-Cubed leadership team, Parker has built a structured innovation framework that enables faculty, researchers, and industry partners to rapidly validate, develop, and commercialize new products, services, and technologies that accelerate clinical research, improve efficiency, and make it more accessible.

Parker brings extensive experience in clinical research operations to her leadership of i-Cubed, having led clinical research operations teams at the University of North Carolina and Duke across multiple therapeutic areas. She is passionate about convening teams to collaborate effectively and drive work that makes a meaningful difference in patients' lives.

Parker earned her master's degree in public health from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
