Melissa A. Daubert is the Medical Director of the DCRI Imaging Program and Associate Professor of Medicine in the Division of Cardiology at Duke University Medical Center. Dr. Daubert is multi-modality cardiac imager, clinical researcher and Director of the Women’s Cardiovascular Health Program. Her clinical research is focused on using cardiovascular imaging to identify novel imaging biomarkers for cardiac risk prediction and optimizing non-invasive imaging for the diagnosis and treatment of cardiovascular disease. Dr. Daubert is an Associate Editor for the American Heart Journal and a member of the Editorial Board of Circulation: Cardiovascular Imaging. She currently serves on the American Heart Association Cardiac Imaging Committee, is Co-Chair of the Research Committee for the American Society of Echocardiography (ASE), and has traveled internationally to engage in humanitarian work with the ASE Foundation.
