Senior Project Leader Nikieia Hayden, RN, MSN, has over 14 years of experience in the clinical research industry. In 2015, she joined the DCRI as a clinical trials coordinator, and by 2017, she had ascended to the role of Clinical Project Leader within the DCRI CSI+ group. In this capacity, she oversees Clinical Event Classification projects, managing both NIH-sponsored and industry adjudication trials. Before embarking on her career in clinical research, Hayden worked as an Operating Room Registered Nurse. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Cleveland State University and a Master’s in Nursing from Regis University.
