Renee Pridgen, MHA, has more than 25 years of experience in both industry and government-funded clinical research. She joined the DCRI in 1999 and has held several leadership positions within the organization, including Manager of Clinical Data Integration, Associate Director of Clinical Research Informatics, and Associate Director of Clinical Trials Operations.

In her various roles, Pridgen has made significant contributions to operational excellence and team development. As the Director of Government Trials and Networks, Pridgen is known for a leadership philosophy centered on trust and empowerment.

Pridgen completed her undergraduate degree at Millersville University of Pennsylvania and earned her Master's in Health Administration from Phoenix University.
