Study Drug/Intervention: Pfizer-BioNTech COVID-19 vaccine (received in the community, not provided by the study)
Study Objective
To learn more about the health of people who have received a vaccine to prevent COVID-19. Conducted as a post-authorization safety study.
Participation Criteria
Age 18+ living in the US, received Pfizer-BioNTech COVID-19 vaccine within previous 90 days, able to consent, able to provide information regarding any prior COVID-19 vaccines received. Self-identify and enroll through the study portal; complete follow-up surveys in the portal.
